Harrison Square and Parkview Field Ballpark

The Harrison Square project is a mixed-use Downtown Fort Wayne revitalization project that includes a home field ballpark for the Fort Wayne TinCaps minor league baseball team. My role was that of project manager, a challenge that included daily interaction with seven different consultants. The project scope consisted of several urban plaza designs, design of the new Robert E. Meyer City Park, and an enhanced City of Fort Wayne streetscape.

The project's budget totaled more than $3.5 million in site improvements that included hardscape, landscape, lighting, irrigation, and interactive fountain. I was pleased to hear on a regular basis that the general contractor enjoyed working from my drawings and my quick responses to inquiries.
